terms & policies

These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Workstream (“we,” “us”). By placing an order or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. Please read the pre-order, shipping, and returns sections carefully — our products are made to order, which affects how and when you are charged and what can be returned.

how pre-orders work

Our drops are made to order. When you pre-order, you provide a payment method that is securely saved but not charged at that time. We charge your card only once the drop reaches the minimum quantity needed to go into production and we commit to producing it.

If a drop does not reach that threshold, your card is never charged and no order is created. If it does, we charge the saved card for the item price (plus any applicable shipping and tax disclosed before charging) and begin production. We will keep you informed by email at each step.

pricing & payment

Prices are shown on each product page and are resolved on our server at checkout — you are only ever charged the price listed for the item you reserved. Payments are processed by Stripe; by pre-ordering you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for your order when the drop is committed to production, as described above. If a charge fails (for example, an expired card), we will contact you to arrange payment before your order ships.

changes & cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your card is charged by emailing us — since nothing is charged until production is committed, there is no cost to cancel beforehand. Once an order has been charged and entered production, it generally cannot be cancelled because the item is made specifically for you, though we will always try to help — reach out and we’ll do what we reasonably can.

shipping

Because items are produced after a drop is committed, pre-ordered goods ship after the production run is complete. We will provide an estimated timeline by email and a tracking number once your order ships. Shipping costs, methods, and any applicable duties or taxes are disclosed before your card is charged. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

returns & exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. If that happens, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a photo, and we will replace the item or refund you. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for fit or change of mind, so please use the size guidance on each product page before ordering. Refunds, when issued, are returned to your original payment method.

about the products

Our garments are garment-dyed and individually embroidered. Slight variation in color, wash, and embroidery placement is inherent to these processes and is a feature of the product, not a defect. Screen images and mockups are representative; the finished garment may differ slightly in appearance.

intellectual property

The Workstream name, designs, embroidered phrases, site content, and related marks are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission. You receive ownership of the physical goods you purchase, but no rights in our intellectual property.

disclaimers & liability

The site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
